OHCI offers a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients (“Service Users”) these may include older people, those with a disability and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of Person Centred Care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.​

Team

Principle Consultant Miriam Mutizwa

Miriam is a driven IT Systems Engineer with 15+ years’ experience in various IT Sectors and Financial Services Management space including eCommerce. Conversant with various online communication systems and the laws governing Data Protection and Data integrity for both online and offline communications. Miriam is a director for Oxford Community Land Trust, a Community Benefit Society registered in 2006 and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with charitable status. OCLT has a strong board and excellent governance arrangements. She is also a former MicroBanker and horticulturist. Miriam has worked in various sectors on three continents throughout her adult life. She is currently working in Project Management in the Health and Social Care, Procurement and Environment sectors. Miriam has over 6 years in the health and social care sector both in administration and care activities. Experience and training gained over the past few years has positioned her well in navigating the sector. 

Business Development Officer – Kudakwashe Chiwanga

Kuda holds a MENG in Aerospace Engineering from Brunel. Despite having pursued a qualification in Aerospace Engineering her passion has always been in the medical field and she hopes to pursue an academic career in diagnostic medicine. She is currently supporting OHCI Board in putting IT and Office Systems in Place to see through the smooth operations of the firm. She will support the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator with the required systems monitoring in liaison with the Compliance teams. Her expertise and experience includes design and testing modules using 3DEXPERIENCE software, showing versatility in adapting to new technologies. She has worked and effectively communicated the advantages of proposed solutions to clients through both in-person and remote presentations. Additionally, she created and maintained user documentation, including CAD/PLM procedures, methodology, and training materials. Her responsibilities included developing technical plans based on research, conducting surveys on equipment and mechanical systems, presenting design plans to managers and clients, producing technical documents, testing products, overseeing quality control and facility maintenance, reviewing and correcting CAD drawings, completing necessary data logs on site, and collaborating with Project Managers to account for engineering hours on internal projects.

Operations Manager - Donica Collinson

Donica is a versatile professional with a background in marketing, team leadership and social care. She has a wealth of experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with learning disabilities, elderly adults, and children. As a marketing professional, Donica has a proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns across various channels. She has also demonstrated her ability to lead and drive results as a team leader. Donica’s experience in social care has given her a unique perspective on the importance of empathy, compassion, and effective communication in any role. Donica will be supporting the principle consultant at OHCI with project management, and process optimization to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations while delivering high-quality work and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Deputy Manager Children & Young People - Priscilla Musonza

Priscilla Musonza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Education majoring in Creative Art and Design. She has been active in the field of education for over 20 years and has worked with vulnerable children in disadvantaged communities, offering counselling and therapeutic skills to these children. She has been a volunteer for 12 years, working largely with the youths and vulnerable children, creating opportunities for development, achievement, and learning through activities identified as best practices in the field of youth development. Priscilla has worked effectively to bring out the best in the youths. Her motivation lies in the desire to raise aspirations, confidence, and self-esteem of both colleagues and clients. The experience gained both in the education and the humanitarian sectors has positioned her well in the Care Sector.
